Donna J. Broussard - Founder of The Corporate LookinGlass

Donna Broussard is the Owner of The Corporate LookinGlass Consulting, an Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Logistics Operations Analyst V for BAE Systems, Adjunct Instructor for the University of Maryland and a reserve logistics officer. Previously, she was the Quality Director at Beaird Company, Ltd. Her career reflects over 18 years of leadership in highly competitive and diligently regulated industries such as manufacturing, logistics, defense contracting and operations. Her experience ranges from military logistics, heavy construction equipment manufacturing, lean six sigma, insulation manufacturing, oil and gas capital equipment manufacturing, to Wind tower, pressure vessel and water evaporator manufacturing; as well as, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Ms. Broussard holds a Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration, CIS, MBA E-Commerce, a PHD in Organization and Management with an emphasis on Leadership and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Black Belt.
